10 NATURAL  SKIN CARE BEAUTY TIPS 1. Cleanse, tone & moisturize with good products that suit your skin some will be suggested here. 2. Drink 8 glasses of water daily and Exercise. 3. Take vitamin supplement daily. 4.Avoid smoking and excess intake of coffee. 5. Use sun protecting factor and eye gel daily or sun shade to prevent dark under eye. 6. Beauty sleep: make up time to rest well. 7. Eat diet rich fruits and vegetables. 8. Never go to bed with make up on. 9. Exfoliate once a week. 10. Always use face primer before your foundation.
